Our collaborative article on protein-conductive polymer composites is now published!

In this article, we present how we blended amyloid protein fibers with the conductive polymer PEDOT:PSS to fabricate self-healing thin films. The protein fibers modulate various properties of these thin films, including the morphology, conductivity and mechanical properties.

We have performed this work in collaboration with Fabio Cicoira's Laboratory of organic iontronics at Polytechnique Montréal. Congratulations to co-first authors Catrina and Daniel, and to the rest of the team!
